Umbraco Updates: Enterprise-Ready Features You Should Know

Transcript

Hey there! Kyle at Marcel here, ready to dive into the latest and greatest from Umbraco CMS. This week we’ll focus exclusively on how Umbraco is leveling up for enterprise needs.

First off, security is getting a serious boost in Umbraco Cloud. Now, you can integrate external login providers like Google and Microsoft Entra ID (or the artist formally known as Azure AD), making backoffice access your own personal Fort Knox. Plus, with the new Web Application Firewall, your site gets an automatic shield against common web threats. Which is pretty cool.

In the world of websites, everyone has a need for speed. Umbraco Cloud now offers one-click CDN caching for your static assets. That means faster load times for users around the globe and possibly a nice little SEO bump. And who doesn't love a little SEO love?

Headless CMS fans, you are in for a treat. And for fans of Umbraco’s headless solution - Umbraco Heartcore - you are in for a treat. Heartcore has introduced Persisted GraphQL Queries, making your API interactions more efficient and secure. It's like giving your content delivery a turbo boost in an armored car.

And of course, the Umbraco community is still buzzing with activity. Codegarden 2025 is on the horizon, and the new Discourse-powered forum is live. Jump in ahead of the event in June and be part of the conversation!"

That's a wrap on this week's Umbraco updates. Stay tuned for more insights and updates, and as always, check out MarcelDigital.com for more information on our Umbraco services.
