Marcel Digital's Inaugural Marketing Associate Program

Welcome to our 2022 Cohort

We're thrilled to welcome four new team members to Marcel Digital! This group of talented graduates join us via Marcel’s brand new Cohort Talent Program. An exciting new step for our organization, this program will be a yearly initiative that brings in new college grads to help power Marcel Digital’s next stage of growth and foster cutting-edge expertise within the digital marketing space.

The four associates joined us as full-time employees starting on July 11, 2022 after graduating from a range of great schools that includes UW-Madison, Michigan State, and Purdue. This group also brings a diverse range of experience and interest with them, including web development, UX, data analytics, design, and social media.

Everyone at Marcel is very excited to bring this group into the fold and we're confident that they'll be providing authentic and insightful thought partnership to our clients in no time. Take a look below to learn more about their individual backgrounds and subject matter expertise!

Joe Hershey

Joe Hershey

Joe is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, studying Computer Science with a focus in web development and UI/UX. Through his past project and internship experiences, he has developed strong skills in designing clean, user-friendly web and mobile applications. Beyond writing code, Joe’s summers as an overnight camp counselor have shaped him into a problem solver that loves to put a positive spin on everything.

In his spare time, Joe finds peace in producing music, jamming on the guitar, or playing a round of disc golf.

Kate Reitz

Kate Reitz

Kate recently graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in marketing and digital studies, where she focused mainly on data analytics and digital marketing. Based off her past customer service, barista, and food service related roles, she values effective communication and time management skills. Kate joins Marcel Digital as a Digital Marketing Associate.

In her free time, Kate enjoys going on walks, playing tennis, and hanging out with friends. As a new Chicago resident, she is excited to explore the city and find new favorite spots to drink and eat!



Natalie Marinack

Natalie Marinack

Natalie recently graduated from Purdue University where she earned a degree in Data Visualization and a degree in Web Development & Design. She got her start in web development by creating websites for the Krannert School of Management at Purdue. Throughout her career, she has created various projects with an emphasis on interactivity, accessibility, and insight. Natalie joins Marcel Digital as a Digital Marketing Associate.

Outside of work, Natalie loves to stay active and explore the city with her puppy. She also enjoys reading and listening to podcasts about psychology, current events, and true crime.

Zoe Stirret

Zoe Stirrett

Zoe is a recent graduate of Michigan State University, where she studied marketing and entrepreneurship. In addition to her degree, she brings experience in sales and managing social media accounts for various start up companies and non-profit organizations. She is very excited to be starting her career with Marcel Digital as a Digital Marketing Services Associate.

In her free time, Zoe enjoys writing music, wandering around thrift shops, spending time with family and friends, and exploring Chicago!
