Welcome to our 2024 Marketing Associate Cohort

We are delighted to welcome the latest additions to the Marcel Digital team! These talented individuals have joined us through Marcel’s Early Talent Program, our annual initiative designed to recruit high performing students directly from college and take them through a rigorous, omni-trained program that empowers them to excel as they progress in their careers.

Graduating from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and DePaul University, this years cohort officially became full-time members of our team on July 15, 2024. They bring a diverse array of experiences, skills, and knowledge, including expertise in web development, marketing, and advertising.

The entire Marcel team is excited to have them on board and looks forward to the fresh perspectives and skills they will bring to our projects and clients. Learn more about their individual backgrounds below!

Kate Lubbe

Kate Lubbe recently graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign double majoring in Marketing and Management with an Art & Design minor. During her time at Illinois, she developed multiple marketing campaigns for different student organizations to attract new members. In her free time, Kate likes to look for the best places for thrifted fashion, see Broadway in Chicago shows, and watch movies.

Josh Ho

Josh is a graduate of DePaul University, where he studied Computer Science. Through his courses and projects, he’s gained valuable experience developing applications and websites that are practical and user-friendly. Josh’s past internships and freelance work have given him insights on how to work with clients’ needs and efficiently fulfill their business goals. He looks forward to learning and growing these skills at Marcel Digital.

In his free time Josh enjoys visiting local movie theaters, trying new restaurants with friends, and traveling with his family.

Natalie Meier

Natalie recently joined Marcel's Digital 2024 Marketing Associate Cohort as a recent graduate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She earned a degree in Advertising from the College of Media and also completed a minor in Informatics from the College of Information Science. Throughout her time at Illinois she managed and executed diverse marketing campaigns, including e-commerce initiatives on Amazon and creative projects throughout Central Illinois. Natalie holds certificates in Google Sponsored Ads, Programmatic Advertising, and Data Science Discovery.

Outside of work you can find Natalie attending indie pop concerts, walking her English Cream Retriever, or enjoying a sweet treat.

2023 Cohort Update

We are also excited to congratulate our second cohort of Early Talent Marketing Associates on reaching their one-year milestone! Over the past year, we have witnessed their remarkable growth, and they have already proven to be invaluable members of our team and the work we do.

Following the one-year mark, we’re thrilled to share their exciting career progressions: Leah will be joining the Web Development team and Kendall joining the Data & Insights team.
